How do I get a price?
Use our Request a Quote form, or click Request a Quote on any product page. Include the model number, size, material, finish, logo requirement and quantity. We reply within 24 hours.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product, material, finish and whether a new mould is needed. Existing catalogue models can usually start from smaller quantities; new custom moulds need a higher volume. Tell us your target quantity and we will recommend the most cost-effective option.
Why are there no prices on the website?
All of our hardware is made to order and can be customised, so pricing depends on material, finish, logo and quantity. We provide an exact quotation for your specification.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are confirmed in your quotation and order contract. Common options include bank transfer (T/T) with a deposit before production and balance before shipment.
Customisation
Do you accept OEM / ODM orders?
Yes. Most of our business is custom hardware made to customer drawings, samples or ideas. We also modify existing catalogue models.
Can you add our logo?
Yes. We offer moulded (embossed / debossed) logos, engraving, laser marking, enamel colour fill and printing on most metal and plastic parts.
Can you match our colours?
Yes. Send a physical sample or Pantone code and we will match plating tone, paint, enamel or moulded plastic colour.
Do I need to pay for a mould?
A new design usually needs a new mould. Tooling cost depends on the size and complexity of the part and is shown clearly in the quotation. Using an existing model avoids mould cost.
Samples & Production
Can I get samples?
Yes. Samples of existing models can be arranged quickly, and custom samples are produced after drawing approval. Sample terms are confirmed with your quotation.
What is the production lead time?
Lead time depends on the item, finish and quantity, and whether a new mould is required. We confirm a production schedule with every order and keep you updated during production.
How do you control quality?
We inspect incoming materials, check parts during production and carry out final inspection before packing. Plating adhesion, salt-spray and load tests are available on request.
Where are your factories?
Our production bases are in China and Vietnam, which gives customers flexible capacity and sourcing options.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship by express courier, air freight or sea freight to customers around the world, and can work with your forwarder.
Can you provide custom packaging?
Yes. Standard packing is poly bags in export cartons. Custom bags, labels, barcodes and packing per style are available on request.
